This package covers personalized planning for one destination at a fixed fee of $150.
If your trip requires additional destinations or services outside this package, we'll discuss the available options before you make any commitment.

Step 3 — Let's Talk About Your Trip
We'll arrange a 30-minute online meeting to discuss your travel plans, preferences, and expectations.
This consultation is included in the planning process and takes place before payment.
During our conversation, we'll clarify your priorities, answer your initial questions, and agree on the scope of your itinerary.

-Confirmation of the $150 planning fee.
-A secure payment link.
-A summary of the services and deliverables included in your package.
You can review the agreement before deciding to proceed.
No planning work begins until your agreement has been accepted, your payment has been confirmed, and we have received all required travel information.
The $150 fee covers the planning services described in your agreement. Travel expenses, reservations, tickets, accommodations, and transportation costs are separate. We create the perfect plan for you, and you have total control to book directly.
