The Cruise Terminal's Exit is a
Luxury Shopping Mall

MSC cruise terminal is integrated with the Westfield shopping mall, providing passengers with easy access to shopping and leisure activities right at the port area.
Located in the Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier, offers a wide range of luxury and designer stores, dining options, and entertainment facilities.

Right at the exit of the cruise ship, we could see the long halls of the mall full of designer stores and seasonal fashion. As we went in December, all the place was lit and decorated with Christmas lights.

In the upper floors, the warm lights of restaurants and cafes appeared, while the place was filling slowly with more and more passengers from the cruise.

We decided to take a stroll and then go outside, to our surprise, to see a Christmas Market fully functioning with all types of German delicacies to try. Between the mall and the market outside, it takes easily about 1-2 hours to see it all.

For anybody who does not want to take long walks or do any tours far away from the cruise terminal, this nice stroll is perfect to enjoy the weather, some local food, buy souvenirs and even sit and relax in the nearby park with the view of the cruise in the back.

The HafenCity district, where the cruise terminal is located, offers vibrant shopping, dining, and cultural options right at your doorstep. Being in the port area allows you to enjoy the maritime atmosphere, scenic harbor views, and the modern architecture of HafenCity before setting sail or after docking.
