Our winter experience in Cartagena was a quiet and serene one-day cruise stop. The cooler weather added a cozy touch to our visit, and even though the vibrant summer vibes were missing, we still enjoyed the charming old town, scenic waterfront, and the slow pace that allowed us to truly appreciate Cartagena’s rich history and beauty in a different, more subdued light.
